The Studio has its own private entrance, just open the door and walk 30 seconds to the Stadium piazza! The space is luxuriously renovated and ready to have you, enjoy and relax. Close to everything, the National Gardens, the Parliament, Pagrati & Kolonaki Area, Tram & Buses, Temple of Zeus, Athens Centra & Acropolis, you name it! Parking is 6euros per day, paid in cash upon arrival.

Where else would you stay in Athens other than literally 30 seconds away from the Ancient Stadium of the Olympic Games! You go out for the whole day and then you come back to a quiet and safe environment so u can relax!

Our guests will get to use the studio as well as the entrance patio, where they can enjoy their coffee and breakfast and spend some quiet time in the evening!

We love the area our flat is at! Its so quiet, with pedestrian walkways, the huge Stadium piazza, close to everything. It gives you such a nice feeling to just be there. There are many things to do in Pagrati area as well as in Mets area, its heart being right up the stairs from our flat, at Archimidou street. We are confident you will absolutely love it! Just look at the pictures of how cosy and easy going our neighborhood is!

Its so easy to get around, buses come and go from the main avenue one minute away from the Studio, while the Tram to Syntagma or South of Athens is literally 3-4 minutes away, most of it walking via the Stadium Piazza! Metro stop is at Evangelismos stop, or just get the Tram and hop on the Metro at Syntagma, the main Metro Hub!

Please do not smoke inside the studio. If you have to, just go outside to the patio. Please dispose of your cigarettes properly.

All major Athens sights, Acropolis, Plaka, Syntagma Square, can easily be accessed by foot. Kolonaki is the best area to stay at for the best shopping and nightlife experience. Central metro station, Syntagma is approximately 7 minutes away by foot. The apartment is fully quipped with all kitchen amenities, appliances, bed linens and towels.

Fully renovated, with great taste, resulting in a 5 star-hotel suite like environment! So quiet, yet in the middle of the bustling Kolonaki area!

The guests will use the whole apartment exclusively.

Evangelismos metro is 5 minutes walking from the Flat and maybe, a couple minutes more is the hub station, Syntagma. Buses come and go from the main street, Vassilissis Sofias Avenue (2 streets below our flat). The location is very convenient.

Kolonaki area needs no referrals and no compliments. If u know it, then u need nothing. If u dont, still u need nothing. Just walk around and u ll get a very comfortable and familiar feeling. You will know the area in a moment. Be it coffee shops, restos, retail, bars, museums and promenades, this is the place to be.

Kolonaki (Greek: Κολωνάκι, pronounced [koloˈnaci]), literally “Little Column” is a neighborhood in central Athens, Greece. It is located on the southern slopes of Lycabettus hill. Its name derives from the 2 metre column (located in Kolonaki Square) that defined the area even before a single house had been built there. (See map, with Colonne indicating the column.)

Kolonaki is a wealthy and upmarket district. As one of the capital’s leading shopping areas, it includes a number of high-end boutiques from young adult to casual fashion to prestigious haute couture from Greek and international designers. One of its main shopping streets, Voukourestiou Street, is now known for its jewellery.

Museums and galleries also abound in Kolonaki. The Benaki Museum, inside a preserved neoclassical manor house, and the Goulandris Museum of Cycladic Art and are two of the finest private collections in the country. Two smaller museums to be found in Kolonaki are the Museum of the History of Greek Costume and the Theater Museum, both highly specialized in their respective areas. A walk across the street from Vasilissis Sofias Avenue are the Byzantine Museum, and the War Museum of Athens.

There is a plethora of available options for nightlife, including bars, ouzeries, and tavernas. Outdoor seating on pedestrian walks is typical, creating a lively atmosphere at night. The main Kolonaki Square (with the small column) is surrounded by cafes and restaurants.

The Lycabettus Funicular, a funicular railway, links Kolonaki to the summit of Lycabettus hill. Kolonaki also hosts 2 metro stations, Evengelismos and Megaro Mousikis.

Metro stations of Syntagma or Evaggelismos are 8-12 minutes away (in a year or so, there shall be a new station in Kolonaki square!). Taxis are easy to find, there is a local bus line taking you around, but mostly u can walk to all nice places.
